They took payment out twice and have not returned my money
I do a good thing and pay off my Monroe& Main credit card. They took the payment out TWICE.
On 11/15/22 instead of over $600. Monroe& Main took over $1200 dollars out and will NOT return my money. First they told me I had to wait 30 days. I told them that was NOT acceptable, as I have a family to feed.
Next they told me they'd returned my money on 11/12/22, which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. As I told them, I am staring right at my bank statement. TWO transactions posted to my bank account on 11/15/22, so it would be hard to return my money before it posted to my back account. Now I am told they've given my case to " upper management" whatever that is.

Its $630.45. You telling me my money was returned on the 12th( 11/12/22) is the stupidest thing you could've said to me. How in the world would that be possible? On my bank statement I have 2 transactions of $630.45, not one, TWO, that both became a completed transaction on 11/15/22.

Is that what you call not being able to buy groceries for your family- an inconvenience? Now when I email you your reply states:"Hold all emails" I've been transferred to upper management" is the best solution you can come up with after days of me begging for you to GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY???

I'd think twice before opening a credit card with Monroe&Main.
Also, their clothes are overpriced for the quality. The sequin jeans were about $80.00.
The fist time I washed them, I followed the instructions very carefully. The next time I wore them, the sequins on the jeans began falling off.

I paid off my Monroe&Main credit card they took payment out twice and aren't returning my money
I, trying to do do a good thing, paid off my Monroe& Main credit card. The amount was over $600.00.
On 11/15/22, I get an email from my bank, two transaction are completed. Monroe& Main took the payment out TWICE. Instead of just the (over $600) they took over $1200 out of my bank account. I have emailed customer service so many times, asking, in fact begging for them to return my money.
Since Nov 15th 2022. They have done NOTHING. I can't buy groceries for my family. First they said I'd have to wait 30 days, then they tried to tell me they returned the extra payment back to me on Nov 12th 2022- which is RIDICULOUS as both transactions posted to my bank account on Nov 15th 2022.
Now I'm told my case has been transferred to " upper management" whatever that is. Today still NO MONEY returned. My latest email to them

I'd think twice before getting a credit card through them. I have no money. They don't care, they do NOTHING. Is also like to add their clothes aren't worth the money.
I purchased the entire Sequin Jeans outfit down to the boots.

Preferred solution: The order sent with the amount of the payments as specified $20 for under $400 etc. My payment above the $20 but I was not going to pay almost $90. But I cancelled order bc I don't need to be paying almost $90 for it. So if you cant that's ok.
User's recommendation: Ask them first off if you order is there a down payment or is it really $20-$25 a month. Mine they wanted almost $90 and I didnt find out for a few days they wanted that before they would ship it. It should never be that way say it first and dont waste my time. I can go back to getting the clothes from another company that is actually cheaper and still great clothes. I just happened to like a few things in the catalog and was going to order them instead after finding out about the down payment I just cancelled the order!
