Company is trash said i owe them 32.00 on a returned pair of shoes that didnt fit

I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit i sent them back cost me 22.00 to send back via fed X now monroe and main says inowe them 32.00 for sending the shoes to me they can kiss where the sun dont shine will not recommend them to no one

Unresolved issue

I closed out my account a month ago. When I did. I asked for a letter saying the account is paid in full as my lawyer needs one from me. I have called 3x in the past month. They said the 1st letter must have been lost, the 2nd they "had no record of me requesting" and I asked for a 3rd yesterday. They also stated that yes they do in fact have my correct address. I also emailed the company and absolutely no response. I'm trying to avoid speaking to a manager or Company owner , tho I am getting to the point that I have to.

Complain

I have up to 400 limit, I order 300 plus,it went through but didn't get my stuff ,so I called we canceled it she said I would have it again to order,I put another in ,wouldn't give it to me,I called complain they said I had a 100 credit I order 113 cause went over 13 dollars,wouldn't give it to me ,everybody was rude ,still got a 334 dollar bill they even canceled my other order,dirty people do people like that,

Monroe and Main the worst

Monroe and Main is the worst catalog ordering company in the world I order one item was not for me sent it back. MONROE AND MAIN said I had to pay a shipping charge I paid the shipping charge of $14.98 I paid it now they saying that I have a finance charge and additional shipping charge of 7.95 cents over a year ago. Now it's hard for me order out of any catalog on credit they want the money bestraight out because

Terrible customer servicer

They sent wrong item so I sent it back. Not only did they charge me for sending it back but they sent the wrong item again, I returned the item along with a note CLEARLY explaining the error, That didnt help, Very frustrating and they will not work with you. I think this department of Monroe &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Main Needs to be educated on customer Service They do not care about you

Complaint

Yes the complaint is dealing with 2 of your locations the Laurel 770 and Ft Washington where I hav warranty on a set(4) of tires Cooper Discovery SRX (245/60/20 and they are not trying to do their job and not looking for a tire that has warranty on it. Think most individuals need to b retrained on satisfying customers if they want to keep business

Larger Sizes

You have plus size clothing for larger women, which is fine - however nine out of ten large women have large feet and your shoe sized only go up to 11 1/2. I wear a 12. Would it be too much trouble to go up 1/2 size larger?

User's recommendation: Look elsewhere for shoes larger than size 11 or 11 1/2.

Hard inquiries!!

I didnt know each time you order something from Monroe and main, they do a hard inquiry on your credit..I called because it happened the second time I ordered, she told me it must have been a mistake, yet stayed on report, this time, it happened again, I called, she informed me that they run credit check each time, yes.. I asked her did she know how long a hard inquiry stays on your report, she didnt know, Im done, why has this USA become so greedy, they standard shipping is 30.00 so you know..

Identity thieves

My order went on backorder right away. Back ordered so long my credit card date expired. Called billing many times and gave them the new date. Order is still sitting on hold at this point. Now they took it upon themselves to open me a credit line. I never asked or applied for it. Now the shirt is in clearance but my order is still on backorder being charged at full price. DID NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT.
