Monroe And Main - Horrible and rude customer service
I returned two pair of sandals I ordered because they were not as described. They were cheaply made and ill fitting. I later was checking my account and balance and orders- making sure everything was correct, and I noticed that I had only received a partial credit for this return, so I called Monroe AND Main to clear it up, so I would receive the correct FULL credit of what I paid.
The rep was very rude. He had a thick accent and spoke very fast. He talked over me. He did not listen to a thing I said. He was telling me how it was and if I didn't like it then too bad lady. Very very rude. I told him I could access orders only to October 2016, even thou I am supposed to have a full three year order history available to view.
Every time I began to ask him a question, he would interrupt with some gobbilty *** that did not address what I was asking. I maintained my patience and repeatably asked the questions I needed to be answered to update my account balance and make sure everything was correct, but he hung up on me.
I still do not have my question answered. It is MY money here we are talking about, and I don't need a bunch of incompetent customer service reps with attitudes padding my account with charges I may not have incurred, and then refusing to answer my questions about my account status.
I am not paying Monroe & Main one more red cent , after this months payment since I ca not get a straight answer out of them. It is just too stressful to waste hours of my morning on the phone with unhelpful and rude people. Monroe& Main used to be a alright company- even thou they charge too much for cheaply made items that you never know how will fit. I don't need it. Ruin my credit. I don't care anymore.
