Don't do it

The clothing is fine but when I placed an order online - like I have done for over a year, the system created a second account. When I logged in I couldn't see the account. It kept showing a zero balance. After several phone calls I was able to access the account that was now delinquent. I called to request they make a note on my account as I had never paid late before. Credit person very rude. The supervisor was nicer but this is bad business. I didn't ask for credit increase or a second account. However the nasty letters I got stated they did me a favor and now I was not holding up my part of the deal. I will pay off my account and not use again. I don't do business with companies that are shady in their business practices.

I went for oil change and the manager at monroe was very rude and gave me an attitude. I been going there for over a year and I was treated disrespectfully. I wont go there anymore. I will take my service elsewhere. They kept telling me I needed this I needed that I went elsewhere to get it fixed cuz it was cheaper and I let them know he gave me an attitude and told me and I quote "why not take your vehicle to wherever you had work done and have them do your oil change?" Very *** Maybe they should hire people that actually have a nice attitude.

My concern is how this could impact my credit rating. This company makes me extremely uneasy. The fact that I have such a difficult time getting through to a human being in customer service (extremely long wait times or the recording tells me to call back when call volume isn't so heavy) makes me very uneasy of doing business with this company.

Many red flags. The claim my December payment was declined by the debit card I paid with but the money was in this account so the payment should have went through. I now cannot get online to find out anything because the website tells me my name and account number don't match. I am afraid this company may be one who deliberately posts payments late in order to make more money. (Yes, there are companies and banks that do that) I will pay this bill off and never order from Monroe and Main again.

Disappointed Xmas! 4 years Customer

My credit lines disappeared on Christmas shopping week! Ordered from Monroe and Main and Ashro online orders Dec. 20th...My Ashro order never reach its destination for Xmas but Monroe and Main did?! No one didn't even contact me from Ashro. There was no credit showing or to use on both accounts! My credit lines just disappeared! I paid on time every month for 4years. 2,000 estimates credit line just disappeared on both Accounts!

Purchased item - it was the wrong one, returned it but it look months for them to credit account. In the meantime, they continued to charge finance and late fees. Unscrupulous! Called numerous times, got the run around, put on hold or transferred back to main menu after talking to multiple people. Didn't believe it until it happened to me....

Don't buy anything expensive and return it

I bought a $70 coat and returned it. It only took 7 days to make it back to Monroe. I bought a $200 coat and returned it and it is taking more than 2 weeks. They keep saying it takes up to three weeks but beware when ordering anything expensive. They get to charge you a higher rate depending on your balance. Paying off account and will think twice before ordering again
